Great experience at Rack Room Shoes at Hanes Mall. I had been looking for a specific pair of Cole Haan shoes for a long time and finally found them here at a great price. The selection was good, and the shopping experience was easy and pleasant.

Men's selection is great. For women's, I would say it's more catered towards younger generations. Did not have any women's traditional pumps, no ballerina style flats, or heeled sandals.
