“Today, my son and I went to the UPS store in Reynolda Shopping Center, in Winston-Salem, NC. We had two complicated packets of info which contained various documents needing acknowledgments and multiple notaries. Aul Trice was the person helping us and I was amazed at how efficient she was, how friendly she was and how accommodating she was! What a positive exchange! We will definitely be returning to this UPS to see Aul Trice again!!”

“Update: 7/25/25. I had to return 4 (of the same product) Amazon pkgs. Each pkg was 25lbs. I combined them on one return. Heather, who is absolutely amazing, professional, helpful and friendly, said it would cost me more to put all in one box. She then said to do them separately. I can't thank her enough for being patient and helping me with my returns!!! Heather made this return go extremely smoothly! Heather, thanks for everything!
