Spectrum Store at 3320 Silas Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem, NC, offers a range of services including broadband Internet, Mobile, and Cable TV. Customers can shop for new products, upgrade services, pick up or return equipment, and pay bills. The staff is generally described as helpful, professional, and friendly, making sure questions are answered and issues are resolved. However, wait times can be long, especially when the store is busy, and there may be moments of frustration due to the number of customers and limited staff help. Some reviews mention that signing in to pick up or drop off equipment can be inconvenient, with one customer noting a delay caused by a long wait to exchange remotes. Overall, the store provides good service when patience is maintained, and staff efforts are appreciated despite occasional delays. The location is convenient for those needing assistance with internet, mobile, or cable services, and it offers a straightforward experience for service upgrades, equipment returns, or bill payments.
Terrible experience! Dropping off equipment , 9th in line, 2 employees and one decides to take a break! Too bad there aren’t other options!

It's really hit or miss. No telling if it will be quick and easy or, an extended drag. I would like to say the staff is helpful when you don't have too long a wait, but sometimes you'll wait, then be told you'll have to wait for a specific representative.
