“My experience was nothing short of amazing. When I walked in, I was the only customer. The first TMobile store had a long wait time so I Googled another and it brought me here. Staff greeted with smiles and great conversation. As other customers walled in, they were helped and nobody had to wait long at all, in and out! Jose and Marco are the absolute best. At one point, the process became really challenging and had me a bit nervous. Needless to say, when it was all said and done, I walked out very satisfied new customer! “Compared to what we experienced on 07/29 at the Kernersville location, complete POLAR OPPOSITE. Had not been in the store but a few seconds until we were greeted. About a minute or so later, someone checked us in, and we were being helped a minute or so after that. A model of what good customer service should actually look like. Not just because it keeps customers happy, but because it also keeps people from helping themselves to merchandise and walking out. I worked 18 years in retail. I know of a couple of different regional managers that I worked under that if what happened in the Kernersville store happened in one of their stores, EVERYONE in that store would find themselves looking for another job. And I do mean, EVERYONE!
