“I’ve hosted two large events at the Warehouse On Ivy in the last 6 months and found the staff to be easy to work with and very accommodating. The space is beautiful and unique, and offers lots of amenities including a kitchen, clean spacious restrooms, a/v equipment, chivalri chairs and black linens for a very reasonable price. Brandy and Daniel were responsive in their communications and flexible with scheduling. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is because the venue gets hot with large groups and during my birthday party in June it was almost unbearable for the first 2 hrs of the party. Other than that, the venue and my experience working with the team was great.”

“My fiancé and I have so many good things to say about Best of Ballroom I don’t think I can fit it all into one review, but I’m going to try so forgive the wordiness. We reached out to this studio to learn a dance for our wedding, and did they ever deliver! If you’re lucky enough to have Emilio as your instructor you’re in for such a wonderful experience! Everyone here is amazing, accommodating and welcoming, but we worked directly with Emilio. We ended up signing up for 10 classes total and they quickly turned into the highlight of our weeks leading up to our wedding! Emilio is such an excellent instructor, fun and makes you feel very comfortable! He’s so detail oriented you’ll be nothing but confident and excited to dance on your wedding day. We have had such a wonderful experience, and cultivated such a love for our time at the studio that we plan to continue taking lessons together beyond our wedding day. Thank you BOB and Emilio for making this such a special experience and making our first dance dreams a reality.”

“My first time going to the Elks Lodge. The first lady of our church hosted a birthday party there. The place was very spacious. There was a crowd of about 200 people, it was so spacious it didn't feel crowded. A large dance floor, Plenty of parking space. It would make a wonderful venue for any kind of party.”

“Awesome little hide away heaven! Great place to relax and enjoy the historic view..not big or crowded..
The staff is absolutely amazing! Only reason I didn't give the room a 5 is because it was very cold in the room the first night..but maintenence came the next day and didn't stop until he fixed the issue. I also would've loved my own coffee machine..walking across the courtyard in the am to get coffee when it's 31 degrees outside is not fun!

“Fresh sourdough bread, strawberry 3 layer cake, muffins, small banana bread, German chocolate cake with homemade coconut filling, 2nd layer. Gloria Jean is a highly skilled baker. Everything we bought was excellent in flavor moist, flavorful, fresh berries. She's in Wnston Salem downtown, fair grounds location. Several others had fresh brown eggs, huge tomatoes, loaded with flavor, sweet potatoes, fresh corn and blackberry jam.”

“My husband and I I stayed at this Marriott Bonvoy in Winston Salem while we were house hunting. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, helpful and kind! My husband needed a room with a roll in shower and when we booked the reservation we were told the only thing available was a handicap room with a tub. However at check in we were greeted by Aniah and she was able to change our reservation to include a roll in shower. She and Stefanie set us up for M Club so we could take advantage of that also. We will continue to stay at this Marriott because of the incredible staff! Special thank you to Aniah! She’s a gem!”

“I've always loved this venue, but after attending two different events there on 2/15/26, I love it even more! The Big Band Brunch with The Camel City Jazz Orchestra was so much fun! Then, the Candlelight Concert with The Carolina String Quartet that evening was absolutely phenomenal! My wife and I really enjoyed both and look forward to future events. Please keep bringing events like this to the Millennium Center!”
