“After staying at the terrible Hampton Inn in Bermuda Run we were happy to leave there and come here! This place is super clean, excellent location & the staff is TOP NOTCH. Our room is clean and spacious for our family and we love how it has a full kitchen area minus stove. The fridge is almost full size too.Would definitely recommend this place”
“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Downtown, Winston-Salem, NC. Before I arrived I’d injured my back while playing with my puppies. I live in Charleston, SC so the 300 mile drive was equally challenging.
After attending court on Tuesday Morning
( 4/14/2026 ), I was in tremendous pain and called an ambulance to take me to the hospital. Manager Nick came and waited with me until the EMT’s arrived.
The entire staff showed compassion and concern. I’ve traveled all over the world and these folks are the very best!!!!

“My bridesmaids and I stayed here before my wedding and had an absolutely wonderful time! Every little piece of decor and art is so well thought out and perfectly placed. I cannot imagine having stayed at a more perfect location. The beds were extremely comfortable, and all of our rooms were unique. We spent the evening under the solarium string lights, and it felt like magic. Haydee is such a good person and was a wonderful host! Due to last-minute accommodation cancellations a week before my bachelorette, we were almost out of a place to stay. I found the art hotel online, and even though it said “checkout only” for the night we needed it, Haydee was willing to unblock the rooms for us so that we could have somewhere special to stay. She went above and beyond, resupplying art tokens for us and answering any inquiries we had right away. I will certainly be staying here again and cannot recommend this place enough!”

Vincent, Carlton and Mari were super helpful! Especially Oliver who was in parking deck that day great attitude helped me get out the parking garage I tried to give him a tip he wouldn’t acccept very great person”

“From when I called to book, to when we left, we had a good experience. I was glad we stayed here again. (We stayed last year and it was good because it snowed the weekend we were there and the tunnel directly to the conference center is great!)
The breakfast they have in the morning is great. My girls and I love the waffles and I like the omelettes that are made to order.
If you’re in Winston-Salem and need to stay downtown, this is the best place!”

“My first time visiting this particular hotel. I was here for a women's convention. So we were in the ballroom throughout the convention. Curve appeal is beautiful, receptionist is friendly and courteous. The ballroom is huge, and brightly lit. There's plenty of parking. The restrooms were neat and clean.”

Breakfast area was mobbed with a huge group of people. Not the motels fault, but I had to travel an hour or so down the road for breakfast.”

“My wife and I did not stay at the location but we did dine there this evening. The food was great. The atmosphere was very charming. Our food server was extraordinary and very pleasant. But the surprise was the 22% service charge that was added that was not the tip. Our waitress said that went to other charges and not her so we naturally gave her her due but didn’t appreciate the “second tip” for the establishment. Just roll your expenses into the food price! 😐”
