“I usually refer everyone to this place but my last visit (12/12/2025) was less than the stellar service I usually receive . Short story a repair was done incorrectly and damaged my vehicle by causing a pinion bearing to fail. However, they did reach out to me and have made an attempt to make it right for me. They didn’t argue or try to blame it on me. They accepted the blame and asked how to make it right. The visit wasn’t a good one but they took accountability and did what they could to make it right with me.”
“I destroyed my passenger suspension system and had it towed here. They did a bunch of work and were on top of communication about everything. It may seem like a small old body shop but they’re great. Will be taking my car back here!”
“Got hit by something falling off a truck on 52 and cut my sidewall. He tried to see if he could fix it and couldn’t and instead of pressuring me into buying more then one tire like most places he said I could do one. I felt it was best to do two bases on some other factors with the tires and they didn’t have my size in stock but had them within 30 minutes. Sonny is very nice and one toy can trust that won’t pressure you into something you don’t need. Fair prices and great service. Hope to never have the issue again but if I’m near by I would use them again.”
“Another goofy flat and another trip to discount tire because that’s the only place I go. No matter where you are it’s the same amazing treatment. I had to order my tires, they came in the next day and all is good. While I was there, I watched everybody else come in and go out without any issues and I also watched the workers greet people at the door and address the problem right away.”
“They've done fine work for me on each of the 3 times I've been here, but be warned that I have found them ti consistently underestimate how long it will take for work on a vehicle to be completed.”
“Stopped by there today because I needed a tire put on my car that no one else would touch and they got it done for me quick. All the guys there are professional. Shout out to Brian for fitting me in without an appointment. I know where to go when I need tires again!”
