“I love this store, I always find what I need and the staff is always helpful. Anthony always goes out of his way to help me. I can’t say enough nice things about him.”
“My dog Harley has been going to dirty dogs since she was four months old. Harley has been getting her toenails Dremel and using the self bath the staff there is always very nice but a special kudos to Paige and Abbey who went above and beyond with customer service to make sure I had everything I needed, and Harley was having a great experience . Laura”
“The owner has each time I have visited had been extremely helpful in picking out a low fat dog food option for our picky dog that doesn't like dry dog food. She truly eats this food. I am so thankful!!”
“Pet Mania has an amazing selection of high-quality brands, treats, and accessories. My dog absolutely loves coming here to pick out a special treat! The staff is always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If they don’t have something in stock, they’re more than happy to order it for you. Such a great local pet store experience!”
“For years I've shopped here for their selection of Fromm pet food. There is nothing better. It's guaranteed fresh here, I buy the largest pink bag. It takes one scoop to fill my 70 lb German mix. Thanks WG, I'll be back when we need a refill.”
“This was the second time that my Yorkie has been there and she really does a great job but this time he was shaved too close at the neck and when I asked about it, it was like no he wasn't. It's very noticeable and if I make a mistake, I'm willing to admit it, but she acts as if that's how it was supposed to look and I know it isn't. I left there a little disappointed. Otherwise, she really does a great job in a timely manner.”
“I highly recommend this location! Crow was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, took the time to answer all our questions and assist us with everything we needed. The store was very clean, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the animals in their care. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely continue shopping at the Wake Forest NC Petco for all our future pet needs!”
“Ashley at the Wake Forest store was incredible. 2 1/2 year-old granddaughter, loves snakes and Ashley was so kind and showed her a snake and let her spend time with it! It made her day.”
“I had brought my dog to go get a harness and I didn’t know what to get. He was pulling and just very excited and when I had asked fir help and the person instantly knew what he needed, and they had helped Instantly very kind and good customer service. would’ve been five stars if the other guy just wasn’t as annoyed from us”

“Its not often i leave a review, however this visit went above and beyond.
This women named Britteny was a MASSIVE help! I found a similar product that I was looking for and after she was helping another customer helped me find exactly what I was looking for that just happened to be on the end cap near us. She also led me to a fluid measure cup as well. Whole time she had an amazing positive attitude. Without her help I would not of gotten what I came in for. Thank you for your amazing work!!”
