“Came in the store with a phone locked and I had never had a screen lock. Meg told me not to worry, we would get it right, and she did and got all my stuff back on my phone after resetting it. Other stores didn't want to help me because I wasn't buying anything. Meg's customer service is the best I have ever received from any Verizon store. If you need anything go to Zebulon and see Meg.”
