“I went in originally to fix a billing issue with reoccurring YouTube charges I thought I had cancelled, however my rep Jordan found out for me that I was actually eligible for a new phone at a great deal I couldn’t pass up, also we got to talking about capabilities with certain programs related to music production (something we both had in common after I mentioned the program “logic pro”) and was frustrated that the iPad I currently had under my plan iPad (A16) couldn’t operate this program. We did the math on it and figured out that the M5 processor iPad Pro would be a good choice and I upgraded that as well! (I was originally going to get a new MacBook from Best Buy but this ends up Working out so much better.) He was super helpful with providing options and with his sales skills without coming off as “overselling” which I appreciated. -Alexander Huber”
