“Little Odessa is a true piece of Europe right in Bismarck!
I always enjoy coming here for products you can’t find in regular supermarkets. They have an incredible selection of delicious and unique items from Eastern Europe — from cured meats and cheeses to sweets, fish, preserves, and much more — all made with care and quality that you can feel from the first purchase.
What I especially love is the atmosphere — the store is cozy, neat, and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly, always ready to help with choices or explain what a product is. It feels almost like a small family-run store in Europe — you walk in and immediately feel at home.
Every visit feels like a little discovery: you can always find something new — rare snacks, drinks, or sweets I’ve never tried before. The warm and friendly atmosphere makes you want to come back again and again ❤️

“Great selection of foodstuff as well as a little backroom that has the tools you need to cook Asian cuisine. Just don't buy your oxtail there, it's super expensive. It's cheaper to get it from a butcher.”

“I love going to Cashwise. We always use the self checkout but today I was told they some type of "upgrade" the poor lady working just kept rotating from checkout to checkout to help people as we stood there needing her assistance every 3-4 items for various reasons. It was ridiculous. I lost track of how many times she had to come over and help me. I do know it took me 25 MINUTES to pay for my groceries! That is not ok. Hopefully something can be done to speed up the process.”
“This is my liquor store... Above everything they are so nice and personable. Theanafer, Kevin, is the greatest ... I found a beverage I REALLY LOVE, and he was able to order me some when the season was ending soon! Amazing service!”
“My boyfriend pharmacy is here sometimes they have good deals on groceries I don't typically shop here a bit more expensive. Only if I'm already here I might get 1 or 2 things.”

“Friday I went into cash wise South some of the employees knows about my breathing issues and how I need a motorized scooter . I went there to pick up my prescriptions and 2 items I walked in and no motorized scooters were available a store employee recognized me . She and another employee got the items that I needed while I got my meds . These 2 lady employees did not have to get my items for me . They both deserve a big pay raise and once again a big thank you to them . We need more employees like those .

“Nice store. Kept clean and staff is usually friendly. Doesn't always have what I want in stock but prices are usually good and they run some pretty good coupons and sales sometimes.”
“To be fair I think it would be pretty tough to give a place five stars being it's a Walmart and kind of a disaster at times. But the North Walmart in Bismarck traditionally has good people working there and a much better atmosphere than the southern one. But overall with the pitfalls the pluses and minuses they do make it affordable for most people to just live in this horrific economy horrific economy”
“I have always had great friendly experiences with employees and products. When I can get to a Walmart that's where I shop. When I can't I order from home. Wish I could order more things from home. I live 150 miles from any Walmart. I don't have a car. Thank you for all your hospitality.”
“We always stop at Dan's when we are driving from Montana to North Dakota to visit family. Nice, clean grocery store. A good place to take a break & walk around & pick some snacks for your trip.”

“They straightened out their Red Barron pizza section so there are more then 2 sausage and pepperoini pizzas! Also you are able to purchase Zero candy bars again!”
“Ok place overnight parking if you want flying j 15 mins west also. Big lot door 9-12 produce receiving I just backed in to one and walked BOLS up to the front door and They’ll ask if your in a door. Little slow on the unloading. Wait for the green light walk back up for your Bills..NO BATHROOMS! No porta John either.”

“The store is always very clean and has helpful staff. The products are all organic and mostly health based. I personally love the non enriched non bleached bread options that are priced well and taste great.”
