“Needed a windshield repair and they had to cut the auto start antenna due to a prior windshield replacement. The tech called and apologized before hand and said they would cover the repair. Called and spoke with Brad to verify this was going to get covered and he said it would. Went and had the auto start antenna replaced and emailed the invoice to Safelite. A few weeks later the check came in the mail as promised. Thanks Safelite!”
