“I recently got a crack in my windshield from a rock on the highway. In the past, I've always had windshields replaced, so I was a little skeptical about getting a repair.
I scheduled my appointment online through my insurance company and visited Safelite a few days later. Joshua, the technician who assisted me, was friendly, professional, and took my car into the bay right away. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated since I had never had a windshield repair before.
About 40 minutes later, the repair was complete, and I was genuinely amazed by the results. The crack was barely noticeable, and it looked like it had never happened. Joshua did an excellent job, and I was extremely impressed with both the quality of the repair and the customer service I received. I would absolutely return to this location and highly recommend them to anyone needing windshield repair services!”
