Are experience at the minot location was excellent. The problem was the additional charge that the company put on it because the technician didnt even know what it was for. So what I would say in conclusion, the Minot service center is excellent. The company with its extra charges without saying what it was for is unacceptable.

Highly recommend Safelite. They prepared us well for what to expect as communication throughout the whole process was great. The technician, Josh, who did the job was excellent! He was courteous, kept all areas clean, and did a wonderful job of installing 3 of our windshields that needed replacing.
