“Me and my husband drove 2.5 hours to do some apartment tours around Fargo. We toured 5 different apartment complexes and this one was our favorite by far. Tanya gave us an amazing tour, printed papers with all the information we needed, and we left the tour feeling so excited and informed. She was friendly and cared about what we wanted and needed in our future apartment. I could go on and on about how amazing she did and how helpful she was!! Thank you Tanya!! :)”

“Park Avenue has very pleasant atmosphere and attracts great people who are quiet and friendly. The apartments share a privileged location in Fargo, between West Acres Mall and Main Avenue. The rent is reasonable and the administration are stern but very efficient and quick to address concerns or respond to repair requests. Whe you take into account the underground parking and elevator, it is easy to conclude: yes, this place is great!”
“I take pride in this community; Saturday while cleaning my windows 1 thing led to another... I noticed some trash left in the hallway and cleaned it up. Next I noticed a disconnected rain gutter and reconnected it. This is my small way of saying thanks to the hard work and inspiration I get from our maintenance team (CRAIG) who cannot be everywhere at all times (though sometimes it seems he is asked to be). I have been here 4 years and take pride in the community”
“I would recommend valley rental to anyone! We lived there for about maybe 4 ish years and it is the best place we have lived. The only reason we moved is because we bought a house.
We lived in urban meadows and had a great view of the pond and beautiful sunsets. Valley rental treated us well the whole time we lived there. Sometimes it would take a while for maintenance requests to be addressed but the last time we did have someone come out he was so respectful and did an amazing job with changing out our microwave and dishwasher. He cleaned up after himself as if he hadn’t even been there. He wouldn’t even let me help clean up!
All of our neighbors were kind and we made many friends out of old neighbors. Neighbors watch out for each other there, which I truly appreciated.
All of the employees at valley rental are so easy to talk to and understanding. I wish I had gotten names of the maintenance guy and the person who did my move out inspection. They were both spectacular. Thank you all!! Attaching a picture of a beautiful sunset from our balcony :)”

“I want to say I haven’t had any problems with this company. If I do they get right to the issue and fix it. They also exceeded my expectations I dropped my keys in the dumpster and Sierra was kind enough to actually come over and go in the dumpster for me to get my keys. She definitely deserves more than 5 stars. She had to deal with bee’s too but she successfully got my keys for me. Thank you so much for your help.”

“Lived in one of their apartments for a year. All my calls and questions were quickly answered and move out was a breeze! They did take a little money out of my deposit for carpet cleaning, but that was stated in my lease so I knew about it. The rent was very reasonable and the building wasn't too bad. I recommend them!”
