“We could not be more happier with results on our pickup. We had paint splatter down the side of our pickup from road work. When we noticed it as we were running errands,we entrusted in a recommendation and brought it to Straight Line. In the heat of the day the paint had already dried. Briana came out and looked it over and fortunately she was able to squeeze us in right away. This was amazing because we were worried the paint would cure and bond to the clear coat and then damage the clear coat when trying to remove it. In about 45 minutes they drove the pickup back around and Kevin finished hand drying it. Absolutely no signs that there was ever any paint on the pickup. thank you so much to everyone at Straight Line! You have a forever customer with us.”

“ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!! I had them fix hail damage on my truck and I tell you what, they went above and beyond with every aspect involved with this entire process. They have such incredible attention to detail and my truck has not looked this good since I drove it off the lot when I bought it. Not only did they fix the hail damage, the entire inside is detailed and spotless. They conveniently worked with my insurance company with no problems at all. The customer service was also wonderful and top notch. Great people to work with. I already have and will continue to recommend everyone to go to Bailey's. They are going to be my go to place, from now on. Thank you Bailey's for doing such wonderful work and truly caring for your customers. Your quality in your work and business definitely shows.”

“These guys were FANTASTIC to work with. My son drives a very aging German Vehicle that used to be mine & they fixed everything wrong w it UNDER their quoted price! I don’t know ANYONE that can do that anymore! Plus, they gave him a t-shirt as it was was his bday lol & even wished him a Happy Bday!! No problems at all & not the nightmare dealership costs & headaches! Special thanks to Martin & Jeff. You guys & crew went by far beyond expectation! 5-stars for this place! Ty Ty Ty! :)”

“I had a particularly cumbersome problem with my automatic window on a '99 Buick. Parts are hard to come by and still unreliable. Travis had top notch communication and worked hard to find a solution and fix the problem. I wasn't, for a single moment, facing additional costs to the initial estimate. And they went above and beyond to accommodate me as they were working extra hard fix the problem. The amount of things that went wrong felt like a curse, but the ethics of Quality Auto Body was a blessing. You can't choose when your car needs repairs, but you can choose who you trust to help you.”

“Had a couple rust spots show up on my rocker panel. They took care of the rust and asked if they could rhino line the panels. They did and said they could also do my running boards. I wish I had a before picture of my rear bumper, but it had several paint chips and they repainted it and it matches pretty well. No issues and good communication along the way”

“My rear wiper blade recently came off while going through Tommy's carwash on 40th, so I let them know, the manager Austin came out & accessed the situation...very kind young man! He told me not to worry he would order a new one. So a few days later, after being notified the new rear wiper blade was in, the manager put the new wiper blade on in no time! He even ordered one nicer than the one I had before with the plastic hard cover covering the entire blade!... instead of the blade just sticking out on its own. Excellent customer service ? and very well managed. Thank you, much appreciated!?”

“The employees at Don‘s car wash go above and beyond. It’s the only place I’ve ever had a manager offer to run my truck through the car wash a second time at no cost to me because he saw some dirt in my wheel well that he wanted to take care of. Businesses like this nowadays are few and far between them your business!”
