“I was picking up a loaded trailer in West Fargo during the inspection. I discovered the retractable landing gear needed to be replaced, and the annual DOT inspection was overdue. I arrived at Northwest at 08:00 they took a look at it and had the trailer in the shop by 08:45. I was on my way around 15:15. You decide if 5 stars were appropriate.”

Front- windshield- easy - rear window was a chore. book replacement doesn't fit. parts manager tried half a dozen and found one that fits but had to make an adjustment to the body of wiper before it would fit. Korean built Trailblazer. go figger.My hat is off to that crew at 13 Ave O'Reilly's”

“LC Arthur was our salesman. We found a car we wanted and just decided to take one more stop and look at a palisade at Gateway. We got there and it was cold. LC pulled the car into the heated service area so we could get a good look at it. He was very thorough showing us every option that the car had. We took a test drive and came back and he went through many more options. Because he was so thorough and shared the benefits to this car, we left and both decided that was the car we wanted. Lc has also been more than helpful when I have had questions or problems since. Gateway was willing to deal on the price a little bit which is very important to my husband and quite rare these days.
