“So there was a huge misunderstanding with my rental when we left Las Vegas yesterday morning. So We got to Fargo airport today expecting a big issue with things. We got to the rental return and explained what had happened to an employee by the name of Jayden, not sure of the spelling,,, but the guy was super helpful and understanding about the situation. He offered to fix the miss-hap and proceeded to do so…. I can’t express how thankful I am for his quick thinking on this. It’s people like him that give hope that good customer service is still a thing. Thank you young man”

“Great experience with Budget. Our flight was delayed out of O'hare and we arrived 5 hours later than expected to Fargo which made it close to 11pm. Budget had our keys ready for the SUV and the young lady at the desk had us on our way in a jiffy. Upon leaving Fargo we had forgot the rental agreement in our luggage and our flight was leaving at 7:30am so we dropped the keys in the drop box and want to thank whomever handled the return process on our car. Overall very satisfied with Budget and will continue to use the brand as we have always been treated well.”

“After searching and searching for a car rental agency to rent me a car, Budget came through for the win! I signed up for their Fast Break program so the check out/ check in process was quick and painless. I wish I would have received a free upgrade on the car (as that is usually a customary perk, at least when I used to work there), but the car that I received was in good condition, clean and (surprisingly) did extremely well on gas mileage! Also, the price was not bad at all. For car rentals, I would definitely recommend Budget over all else!! ??”
“I rented a vehicle from this location for months and it was a great experience. My only gripe is that if I arrive on a late flight, they're not open to assist any customers with rentals as most airport locations have the capability to do.”

“I needed to rent a vehicle on the 15 of August for an appointment to Minneapolis on the 16th of August. I needed a van or an suv so I could bring my neices to the Mall of America after my appointment. I checked with Enterprise, Avis and they were asking over 300 dollars for a day trip. I then searched on Google and U-SAVE came up. I called them and they were able to get a van ready for me. I picked up within the hour. I drove to Minneapolis and back without any issues. The van was very clean, cold ac, very comfortable leather seats, ran and drove like it should.It had a DVD player. We watched movies in it all the way to Minneapolis. My neices had so much fun on this trip and thanks to U-Save. It also only costed me 78 dollars. I saved over 200 dollars. If you're looking to rent don't waste your money elsewhere.”
