WE came without an appointment.
We waited for about ten minutes until the department employees were free. Everything was explained clearly and briefly regarding our issue.
But if you need to clarify something in more detail or some other questions that will take more time, then it is better to book a queue.

Had a problem with one of my cards a while back. So I went into the store to get it resolved. The friendly staff did a great job of making me and my issue feel important.

Very nice branch looks to be recently built or remodeled. I was traveling from out of state and needed to handle some banking while in town. The service was quick and they were very helpful and courteous during my visit.
