We use them for commercial lending. Compared to the national banks, they are complete rockstars here. When you call the bank you actually get a real person to talk to, and our banker is almost always available. Highly recommend!

We only ever use the drive thru to cash my husband's paychecks every week but everytime it is super slow service. It even takes awhile before the tellers greet you. Typically their will be one other car in the drive thru only and it still takes a good 15 minutes just to cash a check.
