Good service, easy location but not clean...Pharmacy is busy during lunch and after work hrs.

I Always have an issue at this CVS. Today I pulled up to the drive thru window finally and the person walked away I then had sat their for 7 minutes without anyone coming to the window to even greet me and ask me to wait. The person before or after me didn't have this experience
