Krista (sp?) in Fargo, ND went above and beyond the call of duty to help move boxes so that she could get her shipment to us. She was extremely kind and helpful.

There are 5 house on the farm where I live. I wonder how the drivers, half the time can’t get it right, and we have to search for our “delivered” pkg.Today it happened again.

I wouldn't even write this one as a one but in order to get to this I had to put at least one star I am fed up with their automated stuff when you ask for a representative and you don't have a tracking or a package number or anything and it still won't send you to a representative or customer service
