“I was frozen. Phone in hand. Mid-download. Glitching TFO. Two minutes prior [ like a 2-star drama film ], the shipping label I had responsibly printed out with the last of my printer ink, had taken flight as soon as I plucked the package from the back seat. That same gust of wind picked me up and aggressively dropped me off at the threshold with a 'ding.' Fast-forward to the great millennial-glitch, I was on the verge of a total menty-b as I couldn't locate the downloaded shipping label buried somewhere deep on my samsung. I'm fairly certain at this point my mouth was gaping open, eyes glazed, and panic was rolling off of my 2006 unprotected tanning bed cheeks as bells were going off. Cry and run. In that order. Record me if you must, because I shall cry AND THEN run [ and probably have to drag my bones BACK inside to collect the damn box I couldn't ship in the first place ]. Instead, someone named Jake gently pressed 'control-alt-delete' on my menty-b. He collected my phone, connected me to wifi, downloaded the flighty shipping label, printed, sealed, smiled and even welcomed additional to-dos. Bless that guy. Like, lets be so for real. He saved my DAY. I drove off and cackled like a crazed person, shaking my head, fully KNOWING shit almost went sideways on me. So, thank you Jake. That was a 5-Star wifi connection.”
“The RXO delivery gentlemen were very polite and did a nice job unfortunately Polywood who they were contracted to deliver a patio set and an outdoor bar set did not include six of the seven chairs. Both the delivery gentlemen were very apologetic, even though it wasn’t their fault. I would recommend RXO in the future the air was not their fault. Photo shows the patio set, which was complete. Unfortunately, the bar set with 4 chairs and the additional 3 chairs showed up a week later after many calls to Pollywood.”
“I had a great experience at UPS thanks to Jake. He went above and beyond to help me with several returns, even though I didn’t have receipts and the items weren’t originally dropped off at this location.
Instead of turning me away, Jake took the time to look into everything and figure out how he could help. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.

“It does exist. It's in CVS. You need to ask the front associate. That being said, this is a pick up and drop off location only. You need to have the label and the package ready to be sent.”
“Great crew of public workers. Each time I’ve had to go to this post office has been a pleasant experience. I went in once to mail a passport “renewal” (no appointment necessary for renewal) and the worker asked if she could review my documents to make sure everything looked accurate, and so convenient to purchase the money order there. I usually ask to see the binder of available stamps and make a purchase of a sheet or two. What was really awesome was I was mailing something and I could tell they were a little concerned I was getting scammed, until I explained I was mailing a fairly valuable item to a family member. They seem to actually care about you at this office. I’ve also been incredibly happy with my residential mail carriers based out of Fargo.”
“When it comes to our LTL Estes has provided the best service. Sure there are hiccups at times, but I can say our Sales Rep Aaron it there every step of the way. Any issues I present to him are dealt with quickly and efficiently. We have used multiple carriers and Estes has provided the best service and price. Also a special shout out to our regular driver Brandon in Grand Forks! If only all drivers were as happy and professional as him.”
“The staff here are incredible! The girl with green hair and the girl with brown hair and glasses helped me out when I was confused. They were incredibly courteous and knowledgeable while proving service. I watched them help other customers as well and could see them apply the same quality service in a prompt manner. Great staff here!”

“I went soon after 10 minutes they closed.
Around 6.40PM on 05/31/2024 and still they are trying to help the customers who are coming to pick up packages and they are trying to help everyone. This is a Friday and since I had to wait for 02 days to pick my package, I rushed to the this location. Highly appreciated the humble persons work even after the business hours.

“This is not a full service location. However they do accept drop off and pickup during business hours (look at Google before you go! They are closed over lunch). You'll need to ring the doorbell and wait outside. Workers are very helpful and friendly!”
