Absolutely useless and trash company

The most useless company ever for shipping. Package was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago, today they delivered one package but not the other even though it was on the same truck even though they assured it would be delivered today. We'll the driver left the area and never came back! I missed several important doctor appointments because they failed to deliver a very expensive item that is made mostly of glass. Now it has to bounce around in a truck again risking more damage and no one from fedex seems to care. Customer service is useless, no one can be reached locally.

FedEx in Fargo is the absolute worst delivery service in the Midwest. They don’t follow delivery instructions. They consistently bring my packages to the WRONG ADDRESS even though the address is correct on the package. I’ve done everything I can on my part to make the delivery instructions clear and easy for the drivers. Nothing gets resolved. Nothing changes. It’s to the point where I’m considering not buying items from companies that ship through FedEx because they are so incompetent.

There are 5 house on the farm where I live. I wonder how the drivers, half the time can’t get it right, and we have to search for our “delivered” pkg.Today it happened again.

Can't even get to the correct street leaving my package on 5th Ave instead of 2nd St. with modern day technology like GPS there is no excuse. Then I get a call with some unidentified man asking me where I live forcing me to ask who is calling. Unprofessional is too nice, lazy is too nice and even worthless is too nice as a description for this company. I rate it a negative 5 stars and even sent them a picture of my door which they refused to use unless I paid them to do so.

Fedex is a terrible joke. Not only do they try to mis-deliver a sensitive package. I have the photo of the wrong door uploaded to by tracking information by them. I call customer service to get this sorted out or just have the package sent to the local fedex location for pick up and their customer service department gives me the run around. Do not use fedex. Period. End of story. This is not the first time this company has done this crap. They are the worst. You have been warned.

Everything was going well from North Carolina until the package was out for delivery on 1/20/25 from Fargo, Nd.terminal. That is where it all went wrong!! FedEx driver was in my townhome complex this morning before 11:00 am. on 1/20/25. Could of been delivered then, why wasn't it? Updated delivery by tracking # 1-3pm. CST. on 1/20/25. Then delivery was updated by the end of day on 1/20/25. FedEx Driver was in our townhome complex before 6:00pm CST. on 1/20/25. Still not delivered to our address! My husband got email with picture that it was delivered but needless to say.....delivered to wrong address: 84 is not 72? We had to retrieve it ourselves! Maybe Christian should take the time and look at building #....not just dump off package because he has a delivery quota!! It is quality...not quantity! How do these people get their jobs?? Look at the reviews....your company is not any better the the U.S. Postal Service!!! Please address this problem!🥴

I wouldn't even write this one as a one but in order to get to this I had to put at least one star I am fed up with their automated stuff when you ask for a representative and you don't have a tracking or a package number or anything and it still won't send you to a representative or customer service

FedEx is a Nightmare. I've been expecting a package from New Jersey since they shipped it November 4, 2024. It got to Fargo, November 8, 2024. Today is November 18, 2024, and I still haven't received my package. They don't even try. When I call their 800 number, it's useless. USPS or UPS is obviously the way to send and receive packages!

Where do I begin? Once upon a time I ordered a package.... About 2 weeks ago with 2 day shipping. Somewhere along the way the package was lost but that's okay. With one not so quick phone call and an argument with a automated phone bot the package received a case number and a rescue team. After the package was rescued it continued its journey to almost my house, but the mission had a critical failure and delivery was aborted for unknown reasons. There the package went to a dark room to be forgotten about again but several long phone calls caused the deployment of another rescue team. After the package was rescued again it continued its journey to almost my house. FedEx deposited the package at a close enough house and call it a job well done. After another long phone call FedEx couldn't figure out what house the package actually was left at and no rescue team was sent. From there it was up to me to brave this daunting task of getting my package to it's home and with some quick looking the package was found down the block. So here I am moving my package that looks like it was air dropped without a shoot home 2 weeks later
