That so-called wanabe manager" kira "with blue hair and metal all in her face is immature and has a juvenile attitude and no social skills I hadn't Been there in years ,and I've seen management change many times, she was treating her co-workers like bad customers. I may call corporate because of how rude she was to me , I'm ex gulf war veteran who definitely deserves respect from some twenty year old with a bad attitude .

Brought some things in there for them to hold onto and when I got them back they were in complete shambles. Parts missing, boxes torn up, and new scratches on some of my things. It honestly looked like they were just throwing my stuff around in the back the whole time I was gone. Then the manager just yells and try’s to argue with me the entire time. Utterly useless company I would not recommend supporting them or doing any business with them at all.

Used to be happy with them before today. I’ve shopped here for years and today I went in because they didn’t give me my ps5 cords back and they told me to come in and get them. When I got there they tried to give me knock off cords and I said I would like my original cords as everything to my system was original and I didn’t want knockoffs. I was yelled at then by the manager Tamara who wouldn’t let me speak at all and kept trying to force me to take the knockoffs stating I’ve given you deals on items we’ve sold and such. Just because you lowered some prices doesn’t mean I should have to take wrong cords. She first even said she didn’t get to see the camera but started lying saying she did check the camera and he put the cords in the box which was a lie. There was no cords in my box, zero. The fact they are willing to lie for one another when they make mistakes rather own up to them makes this store a huge issue for costumers to trust as they will try and lie to cover for each other instead of doing right by the customer. Especially a loyal customer I have been to them before today. This was overboard and out of line of them. They needed up still giving me a hdmi cord to a dish network and some random cords from a different system they took in as a sell or pawn but didn’t make sure the cords were the original cords. I’m beyond mad and upset. I keep all original stuff of mine and this is so wrong. They ripped my box up before and she stated it’s just a box. No it’s my box and I like my stuff in great shape and trusted them to care about my stuff. Never again will I trust them as long as the people working there are there. I can’t trust them at all. I wish I could give them a zero star truly. This is foul.

The manager (not sure if manager. Lady with dark hair, long gold nails.) was rude to me from the second I walked in. When I was told I would get half of what I usually get for a loan on my ring, she proceeded to swear at me and nearly threaten me! Will never go back and will call corporate as she should not have a job in customer service!

Was in there 30 min before closing and the older dark haired lady there was so rude it’s like she didn’t want to go through the hassle of paperwork before closing

It's a great place to go to, however when I got my playstation 4 from there, I started having an issue: my controller doesn't stay paired. Maybe I'm wrong, but usually pawn shops have to make sure everything on consoles work well. Everytime my controller disconnects, I have to spend about 30 minutes resyncing the thing. I'll just be getting a new controller whenever I have the money, but I'm not sure I'd buy another console from there

My experience that particular day was unbelievably the most unprofessional of a situation as I have ever had my entire life to be certain. It was the reason I chose not to continue buying and literally walk out upset. It was not so much the businesses fault it was the manager who was chosen to be in charge at the time, unfortunately, for me and now this review. I will try to change my opinion maybe in the future if I decide to go back there for any reason, as for now this is my post.

There seems to be some weird paradox with pawn shops in Fargo. I get the BEST customer service at all of them!!!! I needed some cases for Instruments and the beautiful young lady at the counter went above and beyond! All the other clerks were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

Unbelievable the disrespect I got by the owner. Lost a few items here after losing our jobs a while back. Went in yesterday and she instantly called us out saying she is going to low ball us because of losing these items. Saying she lost money on the stuff. Why would you buy something that you would lose money on??? That's your profession, do your research before buying something. You bought something worth $1,400 brand new for $500 then put on the shelf for $1,400, no one is going to buy it used at that price.Very nice employees until the grumpy old lady comes up from behind and is completely rude to every customer she can find. Take your business to pawn pros because this place is a joke.

I have many things I could say about this awful place so lets start here. First things first we brought in a REAL GOLD CHAIN to pawn, the manager proceeded to tell me it was fake. I went down the street to another location and pawned it there with no issues. On another occasion, my son went in to pawn a tuner, the manager, once again, told him they don't take "scanners". It was not a scanner... I've had no issues with the employees just the manager herself, she is extremely rude and I've never felt welcomed at all at this pawn shop. If I start to mention their prices I'll have a heart attack so let's not go there.

First national pawn 3 months in changed the way you can make payments on your loans, now they only accept payments of cash and they have to be made on-site. No notices were sent, only place listed was in the physical store. Bad enough they low ball on their loans now they make it very difficult to pay the loan off. Being disabled and homebound has made it very easy for them to rip me off. I would post no stars or a negative if it would let me.

They made me feel like my stuff was junk and they were doing me a favor to give me a loan and then I called to see how much I needed to pay up it they pulled it and put it out for sale and refused to let me put it in layaway to keep from losing it.

I felt really uncomfortable the entire time I was in here some old lady was really rude for absolutely no reason made it a very bad experience will never go back

3 years ago gave it a 5 star, now 1. I've been going here for many years, attempted to use a photo of my ID, which used to work, now, nope. Way less helpful, less customer focused. When you call , majority of the time you get hung up on , half the time they are not even open.
