“We had purchased our bed 12 years ago from here and it was showing some wear. We stopped in and talked with Jacob Ward and he helped us upgrade our current bed to the next step up. With them giving us credit for our old one we couldn’t say no to moving forward.We had a scheduling hiccup for the pickup but Jacob took care of us and made it work.Once the drivers (who were amazing) delivered and placed the bed we were blown away by how good the new bed felt.Jacob definitely made this experience great and when we need another bed we will be contacting him to guide us through the process again.All around 5 stars going to Jacob, the delivery drivers and the quality of service. Finally the product speaks for itself and would highly recommend!”
