I went to two different shops to try get a broken headphone jack out of the port of my kids Amazon tablet and neither shop could help and one wanted to charge $50 just to look at it. On my third stop Joe at gadget garage got it out! This mom is so thankful. Joe saved the day!

This dude is sooooo nice and knowledgeable! Gives great tips and advice with respect and graciousness. Does what's best for the customer and doesn't try to upsell you on something you don't need. As someone in the service industry I really appreciate kind and thorough service, this business definitely has it!
