“Wow! The Sparklight technician, Zachary Wagner, was so impressive. He was so knowledgeable and skilled in making sure our internet and WiFi was set up most effectively. He was a great communicator, providing clear explanations and illustrations of what he was doing and making sure we understood the system and how to check on our connections and sdd items as necessary. He volunteered to make sure the items we had on the network were connected properly and working well. He asked for any questions or concerns we had and patiently answered each one. As he was interacting with me I kept thinking this man is really a great representative for this company, Spatklight must be an amazing company”

“I’ve had some issues here and there while trying to work with some of the employees here, but the last time i went in i actually got somewhere with the visit. The previous attempt i made was just horrific, the guy was trying to pressure me and my family into buying phones we didn’t want or like even though we already had everything we wanted set in stone and he was talking about how if we bought them he gets paid big, and kept trying to sell us crap like internet but wouldn’t work anyways since our area is under contract with specific internet providers. He was super unprofessional and didn’t even know that the phones he was trying to sell us didn’t have speakers at the bottom like every other phone does. Eventually he kept increasing what our bill would be saying we’d be spending hundreds that day to upgrade which just hit our breaking point and we stormed out without upgrading.
Fast forward a month or so later we go back in and we meet Brittany. Her service was so amazing we literally sought out her name before leaving. She didn’t try to upsell the hell out of us, was super clear about everything and very to the point and only mentioned things that we seemed we would appreciate, (and we did) and we ended up actually upgrading that day and everything. It was such a smooth process working with her and it was definitely a huge change in service, and our plans weren’t soiled by someone completely ignorant. Thank you to Brittany, this would have been our last straw before switching providers if we hadn’t been matched with her, and her service deserves to be talked about and acknowledged. I do hope the next time we stop in we meet her again but in case that doesn’t happen i’d definitely strive to hire more people like her and less like the other guy. ? Thanks again to Brittany!
