It department was great on phone. But when I went in to swap the rep couldn't care less about me. Felt almost like I inconvenienced him. He also didn't list new equipment on my account correctly to where I had to call it again to troubleshoot.

Returned all my cable equipment and wasn't even asked why. They must not care enough to ask. One more reason to cut the cable and stream.
