“I had not been a Kohl’s recently, but I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the store and the friendly demeanor of the staff. The stock was new, attractive and priced comfortably. Left happy, carrying a bag of new clothes!”

“Stopped in to take a look at the store. For a small store they offer a decent amount of products. Got to give them credit working to operate a store on top of another job! The products are what you might find anywhere else!

“I had a very good experience with Jessica. I was half way to my destination ( had traveled 200 miles with 250 miles still to go) when I realized I had forgotten my makeup bag. I stopped at Macy’s in West Acres, and Jessica was so helpful in finding what I needed with a few samples and some purchases. She was just terrific and I will definitely stop to see her again. I told her she needed a bonus. ? It’s not too often that I find someone so willing and eager to help.

“Today I was there at around 3:30, and the person who checked me out was just the sweetest! I would have to say they were my favorite employee that helped me! I picked out earrings that happened to be damaged and they immediately offered a discount and made my experience so enjoyable! This hot topic had by far the best customer service every time! But this person went above and beyond!”
