I came in as a new customer and Spencer Ernst greeted me immediately. My experience was nothing short of excellent thanks to Spencer. He was able to give me an INCREDIBLE deal and was very knowledgeable on all products and which ones would suit my needs best. After setting up our modem, we are extremely satisfied with our internet speed. HUGE thank you to Spencer Ernst AND Midco.

I have to reboot my internet every morning. At least 10 to twelve times every day. I would cancel today, but I'm home bound from surgery.

UPDATE: had a tech come out yesterday and he was nice but it did nothing to help. My internet keeps going out every 30 minutes and I have to unplug everything just so it works again till it dies. When I asked about a discount I got 20$, which is nice but I’m paying for nothing at this point.My internet has been in and out for a fewmonths now, constant phone calls, constant tech visits and nothing works. One day it’s good and the next I can’t even watch a YouTube video. No one has answers for me and no one can seem to fix it. I’m paying for absolutely nothing at this point. Although the representative I talked to tonight should get a raise! She’s the only reason I’m leaving a 2 star review. She tried absolutely everything to help me so I can spend Christmas with internet, unfortunately it didn’t work but she spent an hour and 17 minutes on the phone with me!

Midco has absolutely gone down hill. From adding some random guys internet account to my email, turning one time payments into auto payments, to having by far the worst softphone on the market, Midco is second to none in its race to the bottom. I am thankful that Verizon now has an alternative internet option in Fargo, because Midco is no longer cutting it

Worst customer service in store. I waited over 30 minutes to return my modem there is one guy working in the store and refused to help me. You are better off going to CenturyLink or spark light! Midco overpriced and the internet doesn't work well at all.

My internet went out on Thursday 10/12/2023. Reset everything from the motum nothing worked. Purchased new ethernet cable and coaxial cable. Still nothing worked there tec team couldn't figure out the issue. Somehow Midco disconnected my connection. Thanks to the tec guy who finally figured out.

If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. Midco used to be so good but something happened and now they are terrible to work with. Our bill has crept up in price despite being supposedly in a "price lock". I removed auto payment however they still continue to take money directly out of my account. The representative told me that you cannot do this online and have to directly call them, which is not clear on the website whatsoever. Absolutely refuse to give me a refund on an overpay and instead are forcing me to take a credit. Even attempting to cancel services due to these situations has proven to be next to impossible. I've spoken to 6 different Midco reps and 4 of those reps were absolutely incredibly rude. Several of them have flat out told me "we don't care if we lose your business". If you are in the market for internet, Midco, although at one time was awesome, now is pretty terrible. Look elsewhere.

I have been encountering obstacles gaining my internet through my apartment building management and Midco has been incredibly flexible and understanding of my situation. They were able to work me into their schedules throughout the week to finish what was started. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking into internet providers!

OMG..... so multiply the 5 stars by 10 and that's the rating.....NO complaints at all. Everyone from techs on phone to service call guys are extremely friendly,knowledgeable, fast, and God knows PATIENT!! VERY satisfied with the entire compnany..
