“They did a wonderful job. Sometimes issues we need a mechanic for, are not happy ones. I had some of that. They clearly made the issues known and what needed to be done. I agreed and the issue was fixed. The time waiting was reasonable. I indeed recommend these folks. I have been to others that brought issues (that didn't really need to be done). The quote was 2 X higher than the vehicle was worth from one of these repair shops.
Why am I telling you this? I did not see any of that there with Auto Solutions. If you have troubles with any of your vehicles. They will take good care of you.”

As is standard with this type of service pricing is more expensive than an appointment at your local dealership (but much faster and more convenient) and they'll try and upsell you on items, as they should as that's how they make their money and stay in business.
They were respectful when the upsells were declined and non-argumentative.
Shop was clean and pricing was transparent. I will come again and would recommend it to anyone.”

“My kid got in an accident and these guys got the car back to functional condition. That is what I asked them to do. They were available on the phone to ask about ETA and estimated costs. They provided an estimate that included things they thought would be needed. Turns out that they did not need everything and they came back with a lower price and told me the situation.
While an additional part delayed the pickup, they were fairly good about communicating in a timely fashion. In the end, the final price was much lower than the initial estimate.
Fair, honest, professional. And I made it home 14 hours without any issues. The car drove as if it hadn't been in an accident.
In summary, I would refer people to this company ... I would refer my family members and closest friends to this company.

“I never timed them, but I was in and out very quickly. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. They stated I could use a new air filter, but didn't try to pressure me into buying one when I stated I didn’t want one at this time. I felt the price was comparable to other oil change places. I did use a coupon from their website to save some money. I would use them again if I lived in Fargo.”
