“I love this privately owned company. They answer the phone with a live intern. Wow! The Intern helped me in two minutes. I waited in line maybe three minutes. After years of trying to get past the automated service, the understaffed and low quality generic meds I was done with Walgreens. The intern said she could transfer my remaining refills the next day. Medication comes in a brown unmarked paper bag. They have a security guard, and that really makes this a FIVE star pharmacy. Plus, I was very pleased to receive a high end generic I used to get at Walgreens. I have drug sensitivities. Not all generics are alike. At Walgreens, I received a different brand every month; even with my prescription strength generic Advil. That is a huge factor to me. I will drive 45 minutes vs. 5 minutes because of this fact! I did get there 15 minutes before close, but that wasn't an issue at all. They do deliver with DoorDash too! I had used them around three years ago and I am glad to be back. I highly recommend experiencing their personal touch, and when it comes to healthcare, that matters a lot to me.”

“Great experience. The staff took the time to compare the ingredients in the generic vyvanse to the ingredients in the name brand for when I had questions about it. When my FSA card wasn't working they helped me find a way to get my medication still. Always willing to answer any questions and have prescriptions filled in a very timely manner. When they didn't have the full amount to fill my vyvanse due to the nationwide shortage I was able to get a partial script and pick the rest a few days later. It made sure I didn't have an interruption in my medication. All in all I would say it's an amazing pharmacy.”

“The entire staff at the Medicine Shoppe is extremely friendly and willing to help, and I knew right away I would be taken care of. Whether I need a prescription refilled, an over-the-counter medicine, or a small gift for a friend, the Medicine Shoppe can take care of it all. Their locations are great in Fargo, but I switched to their 45th location after having difficulties with a large, chain pharmacy. I love going to a local pharmacy now, as they're always willing to help me and work with my doctors/insurance company. 11/10 recommend!!”

“I knew it was time for me to find a new pharmacy, and I was hesitant to try this one based off a couple of the reviews… but I could not disagree with those reviews more! I have loved it here! The staff shows great empathy- I have never felt judged. They are quick to fill my medications and are always well stocked. Even on those occasions where something wasn’t ready (if I was out of refills), they go out of their way to make sure my doctor is notified and work hard to ensure my medication gets refilled without me missing treatment days. I also love getting text notifications to alert me when there is something for me to pick up. I will never be returning to a big box name pharmacy again!”

“I love this pharmacy at 19th Ave North in Fargo ND as all the pharmacist are awesome and very kind and helpful. The Tech's are really great too. I been going to this pharmacy for years. The store and the employees are very helpful and usually acknowledge you when you visit the store. On 6 -7- 2025 I was in the store at 5:59 pm and the pharmacy was all closed and locked up. The hours say closes at 6pm. The ladies were walking out at 6pm. I was very disappointed that I was unable to get my medicine. I worked at a business 40 years that closed at 7pm and we had to be open until 7pm. We never left at 7pm. Lots of times it ended up working until 7:10 or 7:15 before we walked out. I feel I should of been able to get my medicine”

They are always smiley and I am grateful for a pharmacy that doesn't take like a whole day to fill a prescription, wait in line for 10,15,20 minutes or sit in your car waiting after you were on hold that long. Thrifty White is quick and friendly and simple and I like simple.”

“I stopped in, today. I'm really amazed by the changes, over the two months that I've been a member. The new manager was a real breath of fresh air, but he was kind of anti-social and the other managers didn't know how to talk to people, either. Now, I see them smiling and talking to employees, casually.There was a real emphasis on faking friendliness a couple months ago, but now they aren't faking it. The employees are just less tense and afraid of each other, or maybe of losing their jobs, so that sense of security must translate into not finding it so hard to be friendly to customers.I assume that my criticizing everything helped, but there must have been other factors, that mean they just got lucky. Well, the customers are lucky as well. The district managers must have had faith that if they tried a little harder, that there was room for improvement. I guess the manager is patient with criticism, which is not all that common.It's really just as good, now, as when I moved to town, 11 years ago. The snobbiness is gone and they don't judge customers so much or worry about status. You can really imagine these managers getting promoted within the company or having their choice of assignment. I'm happy for them.I'm sure the good, cooperative work culture should help them in attracting employees and getting the store fully staffed. Just as long as they recommend good people, not their idiot brother. I don't know how HR would ask the employee that. Hey, are you trying to pawn your idiot brother on us?So, the managers can ask themselves if it is worth having a customer as difficult to please as me. I don't think it has been fun for them.”
“I have been using LifeScripts Pharmacy all of my prescriptions since the Dec. of 2020, after my family moved back to the midwest from CA. They always provide exemplary care and are incredibly knowledgeable about different medications, insurances, etc. They have an efficient telephone refill system that sends automated messages letting you know when your scripts have been filled (or not) as well as a drive-up window which makes things a breeze when you’re always on the go (or if the kids/dog are with). Everyone is always SO kind! If you want that “know you by your first-name-basis” type pharmacy, this is the place. Their prices are always comparable to the larger corporations/pharmacies. Thank you LifeScripts for always being friendly, reassuring and kind. You are all wonderful!”

I was running behind due to living out of town, and Virginia stayed a couple mins late(she was headed to the bison game after close) so I'd be able to pick up my meds. That is above and beyond!
