“This is a fun store where you can find everything from pet food and toys, grills and snowblowers, to furniture and home decorations. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went there for one thing and browsed the store for over a half hour!”
“Picked up a new deck and some wheels from this skate shop last week and overall pretty solid experience. The staff was chill and actually knew their stuff, not just trying to push the most expensive gear on you. I asked a bunch of questions about trucks and bearings and they broke it down in a way that made sense even for someone still kinda learning. Prices felt fair compared to other spots I’ve been to around town. The place itself has a good vibe, not too crowded and easy to look around without feeling rushed. Only small thing is I wish they had a slightly bigger selection of helmets in my size, but otherwise no real complaints. I’ll probably come back next time I need parts or just wanna check out what’s new.”
“This place is so fun. They have a lot of fun interactive things to do as well as the shopping. We liked the shooting range and bowling the most. The ferris wheel was fun but made me nervous every time my daughter moved ?. The candy shop was really neat and the fudge looked delicious, we can't wait to try ours. We went in thinking we were going to have to buy new skis. We were thrilled to spend $45 for bindings and new (used) poles rather than $300+ for a whole new set of everything.”

“I enjoyed visiting Outermost Layer. It has a selection of name-brand clothing and accessories for outdoor activities, as well as some funny items and decor. There are also several locally-themed T-shirts.The staff was attentive and friendly, but the pace here is laid back without pressure. I found a very good deal on an accessory that was only one-quarter of the price charged at my local running shop.”

Disappointing Warranty and Customer Service Experience with Bullet Central
I recently experienced significant frustration when attempting to resolve an issue with my lightly-used Bix N Andy trigger purchased from Bullet Central. Despite proper maintenance, the trigger locked up unexpectedly. I promptly reached out to customer support, providing detailed information, photos, and even video evidence to demonstrate the problem.
The response from the support technician, Jacob M., was dismissive, stating only that I was not cleaning the trigger sufficiently. After thoroughly disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling (with no improvement), I was again met with a blunt response: “You do not know how to assemble it properly, so we will charge you.”
When I requested to send the trigger for evaluation, I was shocked to learn repairs wouldn’t be covered under warranty—no acknowledgment of a potential manufacturing defect, nor any meaningful attempt to troubleshoot. This transactional, impersonal approach stands out negatively in a field known for customer-focused service.
I have no issue if this is Bullet Central’s formal policy. However, if this interaction isn’t representative of Bullet Central’s standards, I strongly urge senior management to investigate this matter. I genuinely believe this could have been handled better and hope my experience isn’t indicative of the company’s true approach to customer care.
I had intended to place an order of over $1200 worth of Berger bullets with Bullet Central. Due to this experience, however, I’ve chosen to take my business elsewhere.
Senior management: Please reach out directly if this is not reflective of your intended customer experience. I’m open to dialogue and providing further context if needed. If this is as per company policy - ignore it. The damage is then done !!”
