“So my heater core went out a year and a half ago. Took my RAM 1500 here. They fixed it in a great time frame. Just went out again early last week. They were able to move around a couple of appointments and get me in this morning. I worked with Brian, an outstanding guy. Truly and gentleman and scholar. They do a great job managing their schedule which I imagine is a nightmare of a matrix juggling scheduled appointments, no shows and walk ins every day. The quality in their work and integrity in their customer service, from repairs to preventative maintenance has always been on point. Pricing is fair and appropriately aligned in comparison to the national average, applying promotional discounts when available.
This is my preferred and go to service shop for my personal car and for normal wear and tear service on my company car (required to ship it to corporate for major repairs)”

“My two front tires have been leaking air for a year. I didn't get around to fixing them and sure enough, one tire completely fell off the rim. They got me in and out in a few hours! It was an issue with the beads and they corrected that. All good. They could've tried to sell me another tire, or even two. They didn't and I admire that. Everyone I met there was friendly and helpful. Bonus that they have some really cool older style vending machines! A good place with good people.”

“I stopped in, today. I'm really amazed by the changes, over the two months that I've been a member. The new manager was a real breath of fresh air, but he was kind of anti-social and the other managers didn't know how to talk to people, either. Now, I see them smiling and talking to employees, casually.There was a real emphasis on faking friendliness a couple months ago, but now they aren't faking it. The employees are just less tense and afraid of each other, or maybe of losing their jobs, so that sense of security must translate into not finding it so hard to be friendly to customers.I assume that my criticizing everything helped, but there must have been other factors, that mean they just got lucky. Well, the customers are lucky as well. The district managers must have had faith that if they tried a little harder, that there was room for improvement. I guess the manager is patient with criticism, which is not all that common.It's really just as good, now, as when I moved to town, 11 years ago. The snobbiness is gone and they don't judge customers so much or worry about status. You can really imagine these managers getting promoted within the company or having their choice of assignment. I'm happy for them.I'm sure the good, cooperative work culture should help them in attracting employees and getting the store fully staffed. Just as long as they recommend good people, not their idiot brother. I don't know how HR would ask the employee that. Hey, are you trying to pawn your idiot brother on us?So, the managers can ask themselves if it is worth having a customer as difficult to please as me. I don't think it has been fun for them.”

“I love costco and probably spend more money here than I need hahahah. There are always random fun things they have that are fun to browse and check out!Went to this Costco vs the St. Cloud location because I was visiting my cousin and needed to get some stuff. This location is clean and even though I went on a weekend day, it wasn't swarming with people, so i was thankful for that.I am happy they finally got self-checkouts for those of us who only have a few items so we can avoid the long lines that occur. We also got gas and I always like to fill up before leaving since their gas prices are typically considerably less than everywhere else. Thank you Costco for taking all my money! hahaBut in all seriousness, I purchase my toilet paper, paper towel, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, meat, and vitamins here and I find it is well worth it for me.”
