I accidentally dropped the key into the drop off box before realizing I needed to verify the odometer and fuel gauge readings but the staff figured everything out the next morning and I didn’t have to pay any extra money. I was very grateful.

Dior was excellent! One of the workers really screwed up and he made it right! Never done be dirty. Will definitely be using them again. Have stuck with these guys for over 5 years and have had no problems before. 100% recommend U-Haul Osgood!
