Usps needs to get things figured out. I have had to many problems with usps. I think it's time for usps to be replaced.

You have to call them 6 times in a row for them to actually pick up, and when you have a question, nobody has an answer. I moved into a new house that had community mail boxes, and NOBODY can tell me which mailbox is mine. Super frustrating, especially when I have packages waiting in my mailbox.

Miserable place with miserable people. I had an important package that bounced around town for 3 days. Can't reach anybody and they'll lie to you to get you off the phone.
