Lots of charges on their bank accounts. Service charges for banking with them are ridiculous.

Walked in and was immediately greeted. The staff offered coffee or water while waiting. The banker was efficient and handled everything I needed, including providing guidance on building credit. The manager also stopped by to introduce herself and made an effort to connect personally. Best experience.
