“Excellent experience - I wish I could rate more than 5 stars!

We just moved into a new home, and needed a washer/dryer combo. We went to Rent-All because, after doing research on units at several stores, we decided that was the best deal (free local delivery, install, and maintenance during the rental terms).

Nick originally helped us when we went in to look at the units they had available. He was super friendly and professional, helped us choose the washer/dryer set that was the best for the price and quality, and was transparent with pricing options and rental fees.

We filled out the rental form, and when we went back the next day we were immediately approved and set for delivery the next morning; but I think Nick heard a comment I made about how I worked the next day, and called later that day to ask if we would like our set delivered that evening.

When the delivery arrived, Nick walked me through the contract process again so that I knew what I was signing, and he and Jake very quickly and efficiently moved the washer/dryer into our basement and hooked it up. They made sure that both units worked, and even pointed out an issue with our water pipes that we would need to keep an eye on as we used our new washer.

Overall, our experience with Rent-All, and Nick and Jake, was excellent. I definitely recommend stopping in and seeing what they have to offer; the customer service experience is more than worth the visit!”

“Ordered a reclining couch…as of now couldn’t be happier with it. At first I had sent a few emails through their website with no response as I was looking for a specific couch from over a year ago when I visited the store. ( we’re Canadian) . After a few weeks I decided to reply on one of their fb posts. Got a reply pretty much within 24 hrs with a contact email etc. from then on it was smooth great service. They honored the sale price, allowed me to pay over the phone and hold it a month till we made our way down to pick it up. All smooth. Picked it up, got my receipt and on our way! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Would def buy again and recommend . Snuggled on our new couch all night and it’s just as comfy as I remember the floor model one was!!”

“Absolutely phenomenal service, workers are tremendously nice. The GM is a game changer from their previous managers, got a bed room set and a washer dryer set at a great deal! Their penny down deals are helpful for starting the agreements and if you don't like what they have in store they are kind enough to show what they have online and order it on the spot for you! Would highly recommend them over rent a center or rent all. Especially with how quickly the turn around time is on delivery and set up!”

“I love this store BUT there are endless checkouts and only one open? The self checkout is backed up all the way to the produce department and I’ve been waiting in the employee checkout line for a half hour. That’s not an exaggeration! Not to mention seeing a group of employees standing at the opposite end of the store when there were at least ten more shoppers behind me yet; not a good look. Perhaps it was a pre shift meeting as it was nearing 5pm but maybe postpone it and take care of the mess up front!? Eventually, when it was finally my turn, 4 more tills had opened up, but hearing the relief of everyone behind me says I wasn’t the only one feeling frustrated. I’ve reconsidered posting this review as I still love shopping here, however i feel like the lack of open tills is more often than not.”
