“Was looking for sachet bags. Showed the staff an online picture on the Hobby Lobby site and was directed to the area where they would be if stocked. I did find them after wandering the aisle. I had hoped they would've been able to tell if it was stocked and direct me to the exact aisle by the SKU that was given but apparently they can't. I did get what I wanted.”

“I was in last night to buy a bunch of fabric for my niece to make some things to sell. Sam and Morgan were fantastic. Joanns system went down so they couldn't take card payments. Morgan had to call and try and figure out what happened. I went and got cash from an ATM so I could pay for the fabric I had cut.”
