Turns out there was a bad part that they took care of under warranty from the last work that was done which was better than I expected. I was fully expecting to shell out hundreds for another repair but this was a nice surprise when everything was covered underneath warranty. “2 hours from home and in town for the Halloween store my kids and I came out to a flat tire. Unable to get the spare on, we made it to the garage that was at the end of the parking lot we were in. Sam and the team came out instantly and made me feel like everything was ok. Didnt expect her to check my other tires but we had one that was worn and ready to go. Sam seemed genuinely concerned for my family and the drive home. I agree the tires were in bad shape. For a price I feel was not only reasonable but something i was able to afford. We got 2 new tires and a rotation then we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. After the stress of being stranded that far from home, I think it was so lucky for us we were stranded where we were. Although it is a 2 hour drive I will be going back next week to get the other 2 tires swapped out for new ones. I greatly appreciate Sam and the rest of the guys who saved my family from an ordeal. Thank you so very much!”

“I recently brought my car here to have the struts replaced, and the mechanical work on the struts was done properly. However, during the repair, an issue came up with my windshield wipers. When I brought it back, the team tried their best to resolve the wiper issue, but during the process, the front windshield was accidentally cracked. What makes this shop stand out is their complete honesty and integrity. The owner immediately took full responsibility for both issues without any hassle. They fully refunded the cost to repair the windshield at another glass shop and did not charge a single dime for all the extra time spent trying to fix the wipers. Even though I still need to take the car elsewhere to get the wiper system fully sorted, I am deeply grateful for their friendliness, fairness, and transparency. It is rare to find a mechanic with this level of accountability. I appreciate how they handled a difficult situation with true professionalism.”

“They did the best they could to get me back on the road and were more than patient with a problem along the way. They could have been more direct about the expectations for balancing my particular wheels as upon personal inspection I would have told me 'this is the best your getting on that combination of parts'. I am realistic but need information to make good decisions, and I was not in the position to get that information personally, but they were and they were maybe too polite to make the statement. In hindsight I realize my last inspection was 5k miles ago and the winter was not fair on my rear brakes, wheel bearing, and likely a pothole on a rim or 4. If I had known this sooner I might have not forced more balancing time and more quickly made a less costly decision for both parties. Bring me back, show me how trash a part looks, I can see it now lol. They did do and offer their best and were more than courteous in the process, but in the process we burned a day. They also have some competent people at the helm who are not afraid to take corrective action. The food within walking range is decent too.”
