Instead they went out and measured the treads and found the lowest one then moved them all around so the two new ones were together. It's a simple gesture but its that extra step that makes some businesses stand out.”

“I was parked across the street at Stamart and when I woke up that morning my truck was dead. I called for a jump and the gentleman came and got me going and didn’t even charge me. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend for any services.”
“I had a pleasant experience with Big Jim's, although things could be improved. The biggest trouble was getting an appointment for a tire change scheduled as I was immediately put on hold for 15 minutes by one of the office ladies. When I got there the day of my appointment, it took 3 hours to get my car in and serviced, although they did warn me of this beforehand and that mornings were usually very busy.As for the service itself, it was above average. Once they got my car in the shop, it took them ~20min to get everything done. A technician made sure to update me every few minutes on the status of my car once they did get it in. The staff were very nice and the price was reasonable, I would recommend them for any tire services.”
