“Been banking with them for almost 20 years and I’ve remained a happy customer. If I need help or have questions they’re courteous and informative. I also appreciate them crediting back one overdraft per year just in case the mathing doesn’t math correct and an oopsie slips through on accident.
The only thing I JUST noticed a few days ago while out of town, is I used the ATM twice and the fee was $4.95/time. I’ve always thought I’m fully refunded ATM fees so I don’t know if it’s new or I’m oblivious and never realized it, but I was credited back $4 of each ATM fee instead of the full $4.95. So that was good to realize! I never really take money out so I’m kind of curious to know if this is a new policy or if it’s been this way and I never realized…? Lol”
