I’d like to give a special shout-out for Will, who went way above the call of duty to help me. He offered to re-enter the information for each of my MANY Amazon return items so they would be credited to the proper account. He was polite and friendly, worked quickly and seemed eager to serve. Fantastic customer service!!”

“It's a nice place. They move the lines through pretty quickly. The staff are helpful and competent in their duties. They also sell packaging or mailing material. You may also go there to get a passport, but you must make an appointment. Clean, friendly atmosphere located inside of the huge government building and court house.”

“I deal with both freight & small packages at my work, and I have never had a issue with either. I need a truck with a lift, and the driver always takes the pallets off and puts them wherever I want in the warehouse.Every driver I have dealt with has been friendly & accomidating.”

“I went soon after 10 minutes they closed.
Around 6.40PM on 05/31/2024 and still they are trying to help the customers who are coming to pick up packages and they are trying to help everyone. This is a Friday and since I had to wait for 02 days to pick my package, I rushed to the this location. Highly appreciated the humble persons work even after the business hours.

“I accidentally ordered something with the wrong shipping address on eBay (forgot to update it), and as expected, the package wasn’t delivered since my name was no longer on the mailbox. I went to the location this morning to try and catch it before it was returned to the sender. While it can be tricky to find the right doorbell, I managed to use the ring system, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Not only did they assist me in hand-delivering my package, but they also mentioned that their carrier is excellent at remembering names in the area and holds packages for a couple of days just in case. I really appreciate their service!”
“first of all, I’d like to give a shout out to Rich, who works in the 56560 area code. He goes way above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to finding packages. Myself, and several other people in my building are totally blind, and we can’t always locate our items… If they are too big to fit in a mailbox. Our leasing agents can’t seem to find them either. Rich just delivered me a package that ended up across the street in another building. He didn’t have to do that. I really would recommend and in his file, because, he really seems like he cares about his customers, and delivering his packages where they should be, and he is kind to boot. My only complaint is, I wish the Morehead Minnesota post office would answer their phone so I can track my packages.”

“I cannot thank the lead employee and the supervisor at this location enough. They went above and beyond for me to get a package I had to have that day. They easily could have told me to keep waiting but they worked hard to find my package and allowed me to receive it before I headed out of town. A lot of respect for the employees who go out of their way with so much mail and packages each day !”
