“It's a nice place. They move the lines through pretty quickly. The staff are helpful and competent in their duties. They also sell packaging or mailing material. You may also go there to get a passport, but you must make an appointment. Clean, friendly atmosphere located inside of the huge government building and court house.”
“It does exist. It's in CVS. You need to ask the front associate. That being said, this is a pick up and drop off location only. You need to have the label and the package ready to be sent.”
“The delivery team was absolutely amazing. They were very polite and quick to set up the row. They were very mindful of being clean and took out all the garbage. “I deal with both freight & small packages at my work, and I have never had a issue with either. I need a truck with a lift, and the driver always takes the pallets off and puts them wherever I want in the warehouse.Every driver I have dealt with has been friendly & accomidating.”

Around 6.40PM on 05/31/2024 and still they are trying to help the customers who are coming to pick up packages and they are trying to help everyone. This is a Friday and since I had to wait for 02 days to pick my package, I rushed to the this location. Highly appreciated the humble persons work even after the business hours.

“first of all, I’d like to give a shout out to Rich, who works in the 56560 area code. He goes way above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to finding packages. Myself, and several other people in my building are totally blind, and we can’t always locate our items… If they are too big to fit in a mailbox. Our leasing agents can’t seem to find them either. Rich just delivered me a package that ended up across the street in another building. He didn’t have to do that. I really would recommend and in his file, because, he really seems like he cares about his customers, and delivering his packages where they should be, and he is kind to boot. My only complaint is, I wish the Morehead Minnesota post office would answer their phone so I can track my packages.”
“I cannot thank the lead employee and the supervisor at this location enough. They went above and beyond for me to get a package I had to have that day. They easily could have told me to keep waiting but they worked hard to find my package and allowed me to receive it before I headed out of town. “We recently moved to Horace, and I've been in the Post Office twice now to mail packages and get stamps. I'm grateful to have a location near our home and the employees have been helpful and friendly each time. They are obviously not well-staffed (like most places anymore), so there isn't always someone standing there to take your order, but a quick, "hello?" resolves that and the employee came right over to help me.”
