“I can’t not make a review. I’m a truck driver. I had to make a delivery to a colony in the country side. It ate all my clock. I passed by this little station. I go inside and ask the night time clerk (a man, didn’t get his name) “I’m a trucker I’m out of time. Can I park here?” He says, “no problem, just find a spot in the back.” As I go around he stops me and says, “Hey, I can’t make hot food in our deli, I don’t know how, but I can make you any sandwich you want. Just come inside.” I go inside, dude stops what he’s doing and makes me a friggen sandwich. Then he says, “If you need anything else we don’t have, that’s the grocery store across the street, open to 7 and I’m here until 9.” What a nice guy. Holy cow. If the world just had a few more of him. 20 stars.”

Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average.
