“I had the unfortunate incident of being a victim of credit card fraud. Luckily CIBC was prompt, blocked the transactions and immediately notified me. I cancelled my previous card and got a new one sent out to this branch. Because I have a hectic job and work early morning until late at night, I wasn’t able to pick it up during the week but luckily this branch is open 9-4pm on Saturdays.
I was greeted by a lovely young lady called Prabhleen. She was kind, welcoming, smiling not to mentioned well presented, professional and articulate.She issued me a new card and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly with much compassion and care ( I explained to her his stressful it was to have something like this happen especially right before I was about to travel) She really made me feel valued as a CIBC customer.
The branch itself is big , clean and has 3 bank machines at entrance always-guarded by a security guard for our safety.
