I always have a good experience at this branch. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help you out. Even when it is busy, the lines move fast and the tellers are very polite. The place is clean and the ATMs always work. If you need a good bank in Yellowknife, this is definitely the best one to go to!

I want to give a huge shout-out to the incredible staff at Scotiabank Yellowknife! They went above and beyond to help set up online banking. Digital banking can be really confusing and intimidating especially for anyone who isn't tech-savvy, but the team member who helped was so patient, gentle, and kind.
