“I want to give a shout out for exemplary service in your Amherst location of Atlantic Superstores. This is to Roan in Customer Service. I live in BC, while my youngest sister is very ill in hospital and I wanted to send a care package (not flowers). I started the process on your website but ran into hiccups and had to call the store. I was connected to Roan, who advised me to download the PCExpress app and told me how to proceed from there. She advised that I call back the next morning when she would review and personalize the order. I called back as planned and she had picked out an appropriate card, added a balloon and a green basket. Very efficient I think! Once I approved everything she sent me a couple of photos and the basket was on its way. My sister in hospital was thrilled with it. “Just wanted to take a second to show some appreciation for the greeter at Walmart on Plaza Blvd in Moncton NB. I do believe his name is Jack. I see him every time I go to Walmart and he is so kind and considerate. Yesterdays trip he had given my children a bunch of stickers which they made “ cool new arm tattoos “ with them. On our way out he was just as friendly and my kids were waving him down. Over he comes with another handful of stickers for them. He made my kids whole day. They even made comments when we got home saying “ that man was so nice and kind to us, I want to go back “ I have heard from multiple people about Jack and was so happy I got to finally meet this amazing man. Walmart, if you’re reading this, you’re absolutely blessed to have this man working the door!! Anyways, Jack if you ever see this. You are THE MAN ❤️ and 100% need a raise”
