“The staff members at the self check out are always especially helpful. I didn't give 5 stars because other staff in the store were pleasant, but not as available. We spent almost 20 minutes in the electronics section, and no one asked us if we needed help. When we went to go ask, one staff member was busy with someone else. We waited nearby, but they must've been super busy because we never saw them again. Later we discovered what we were looking for wasn't there. As we turned to leave, we were approached by a customer service person who asked if we needed help with the new iPhone that was on display. We thanked him, said "No," and left. Doh! Better late than never.”

“ANGELA!! (I hope you get the chance to read this) 3 years ago when my daughter committed to St.FX academically and to play soccer I was a bit torn. Out of province and I knew I wouldn’t be able to be with her on her Birthday in January. Fast forward to Tuesday, I called the store to order her her Birthday cake and scheduled pick up for her yesterday at noon. She went picked up the cake and was also gifted beautiful flowers! What a wonderful surprise! Angela your kindness is above and beyond and it’s people like you that make a difference! Thank you for making my daughter’s 21st Birthday special!”
